Nike shows off a power lacing concept that will make McFly heads go nuts. This tech is named E.A.R.L., standing for Electro Adaptive Reactive Lacing, and according to media members at the launch event Tuesday, this is expected to be utilized by the swoosh as normally as flyknit.

No Chocolate Yeezy 750 Boost… for now

Pictures of a brown suede Yeezy leaked via social media in December, but when Kanye was spotted wearing these beauties in a music video earlier this month, the Sneakerheads were ready to lineup outside of shoe stores nationwide.

Speculation pointed to a March 18 release, but Adidas has confirmed that no Yeezys are scheduled to drop until summer. Disappointing…

THE RUN

Brand: Jordan
Silhouette: Jordan 5 Low
Name: 69 Points

New buck for you young bucks. That’s right, Jumpman hit this 5 with an all new buck upper and it’s mighty fly folks. Contrary to popular belief these shoes are not intended to be in New York Knicks colors. They are actually reaping the classic hues of the Cleveland Cavaliers as a tribute to Jordan’s 69 point game against them on March 28, 1990.

I’m curious, if I have any Knicks fans out there, let me know if you would still kick it in this Knicks-colored heat despite Jordan ripping your team’s heart out year after year?

Brand: Nike
Silhouette: Kyrie 2
Name: Duke QS

It’s March so let the madness begin. Nike has emphasized the Kyrie-Duke bond with blue devil color ways titled “Brotherhood” in both the Kyrie 1 and 2, and this shoe just furthers that.

I imagine these kicks will be the dancing shoes for Duke this March and if you want to feel like you are part of the tourney run by all means pick these up

Brand: Adidas
Silhouette: NMD

The Three-Stripe rise continues as the brand hits us hard with a spectrum of the hyped NMDs this weekend. A combination of unique structure, low price, and comfort have quickly transformed the NMD into an extremely popular runner.

This week’s release is the first to implement prime knit, adding a new dimension to this model and I like it. Adidas did an decent job with this.

Silhouette: Curry 2 Low
Name: Combat

Stephen Curry will not ever wear this on court because, contrary to popular belief, he is human and has flaws. People forget that before last year Curry was just another super talent with glass ankles. He only wears high tops, therefore you probably won’t see these one the court.

That said, the Curry Two has had a ton of success and the low model looks fine. Kids will buy them because Steph is as good as he is, but I’m not a huge fan. The colorway isn’t very appealing either.
